I can no longer pay for a dedicated server box so arround sept. 25th
the c1 website, forums and game servers will go down.

I will try to host forums from home, but not sure if i can, but im sure
i can host a webpage from home.

If anyone needs any game files better go to our d/l page before sept. 25th.

I dont host our IRC so irc.globalgames.net #c1clan will be there.

This is not the end of c1 but just a steep backwards in time.

Sorry to hear that, thank you Gab for keeping us so spoiled with the game servers and the forums, I will be a C1 member until you kick me for inactivity xd and Ill try to follow what everyone is doing in the irc

If you don't mind my input, you can get a web host to host the forums for around $9 a month. I do a lot of website work and I use dreamhost. I get unlimited storage and bandwidth (with in reason of course).

The reason I mention this is because hosting a web site from a home connection is against the TOS/EULA of 99% of all ISPs in the US and Canada. Most of them block non-local connections to Port 80, which is the standard web port right off the top so you cant try to be sneaky about it.

I know we haven't always seen eye to eye over the years but thanks for the game servers. I spent many hours on them and it's a shame to finally see them go.
