If you can go for 18 seconds (on the first try) your really good

They say (unconfirmed source) that USA Air Force Pilots have to go for 2 minutes - I personally think thats impossible, as at 26 seconds it gets hard.

very cool!
I found a mindset that really helps. I pretend that the object of the game is hold posisiton in the very center and that the blue are trying to drive me out of my territory. Obviously you have to remain calm, but just don't move any farther out of the center than you are forced to and return to the center as soon as possible.
Even better, own an area of the center that is about 2-3 times the size of your red square and keep moving around in that space when there is no need to dodge anything, then you don't sit there and get "cold" while you are safe.

(get's kinda hard to ignore the pattern after awhile and when you find a spot where you sit for the first 11 seconds and then watch the pattern from there, it becomes a whole different game.)

anywho I forgot about this, suprised the link still works, I hit 29 seconds on the second try. Theres a pattern, memorizing it and then just trying to not screw up is what ends up helping, also not focusing. Its hard to describe, like you need focus, but not too much, too much and more mistakes occur
