yay!
btw, jake, if you're still building your pc, save yourself the trouble and learn towards nVIDIA + Intel. The fact that nVIDIA uses less voltage than the ATi cards, give a better performance, SLi is more stable than CrossFire, and the fact that they are generally cheaper than ATi cards. idk, i think ATi is finally dying out with AMD. Intel and nVIDIA are the new power houses from my point of view. Who knows, maybe some miracle will pull through for ATi + AMD, but it's been too long since they both released anything, by the time they do, nVIDIA is already prepping up their next video card series. _________________

Man, it's been awhile since I even viewed this site!
I'm still deciding as to what my next build will be, so far I'm still leaning towards ATI's next card. I've heard it's better than what nVIDIA has to offer, plus I prefer ATI over nVIDIA since I've used ATI for years to come. Though, if the price is too much then I'll go with nVIDIA since I don't want to spend alot.
Intel is a choice I'm going with, even though AMD has better priced hardware, Intel has better offers. So that is a no-brain decision.
But me getting a new PC is still months away from now, ever since my last PC blew I've been losing interest in doing so. Plus with Technical Collage courses coming up next year, I'll have little time to even consider a PC. |
